Rentrax is based on a SAAS model. We already have about 100 businesses signed up as users, and we are growing fast. We offer a different range of plans- from pay as you go to enterprise accounts. Phocuswright estimates that the global tours and activities market will reach US$183 billion by 2020 and our niche target market is rental shops- In the US alone there are more than 67,000 of these businesses, with a total of more than 35B in yearly revenue.
There were a ton of options, all claiming to do similar things. After purchasing and trialling quite a few of them, it became apparent that something that was simple to use, with the ideal features was necessary. This was the beginning of Rentrax Software.

We will always innovate on the technology, but it’s our focus on training, helping, and talking to our clients whenever they need us that sets us apart in the often-impersonal software industry.
We believe in solving problems for rental companies, tour operators, and activity providers. If we aren’t making your business perform better, then we aren’t holding up our side of the bargain. This is why we invest heavily in both R&D and in our support team, and while we have made Rentrax more intuitive and more specialized than any rental software out there, we will never stop there: we will continue to improve it over time, listening to your needs, developing new features to support and empower your business.
